Juanita Lowery is a licensed Broker and Georgia Real Estate Instructor with 8 years of experience in the Georgia real estate industry. She brings a warm, clear, and practical teaching style to every class — focused on making complex topics simple and giving students the confidence they need to pass the exam and launch their careers.

Beyond the classroom, Juanita is an active broker and coach who mentors newly licensed agents through their critical first 90 days. Her instruction is grounded in real-world experience — not just textbook theory — so students leave prepared for both the exam and the career ahead.

Tallia Certain serves as the School Administrator for the Real Estate Career & Development Center, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring every student has a smooth, supported experience from enrollment to exam. She is a dedicated resource for students navigating the registration process, class requirements, and school policies.

Brandi Broome serves as the Personal Assistant to Broker Juanita Lowery, providing dedicated administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. She is a key point of contact for scheduling, coordination, and office communications, ensuring that students and clients always receive a prompt, professional response.
