A native to the Savannah area, John found his way into real estate after a career in Education and Sales. He is the Team Leader/Broker for Keller Williams Realty Coastal Area Partners.

Juanita Lowery is a licensed Associate Broker and Georgia Real Estate Instructor with 8 years of experience in the Georgia real estate industry. She brings a warm, clear, and practical teaching style to every class — focused on making complex topics simple and giving students the confidence they need to pass the exam and launch their careers.

Beyond the classroom, Juanita is an active broker and coach who mentors newly licensed agents through their critical first 90 days. Her instruction is grounded in real-world experience — not just textbook theory — so students leave prepared for both the exam and the career ahead.
