About This Syllabus

This syllabus outlines the topics covered in the Georgia Pre-License Course. The course runs from June 1 through August 31, 2026 on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6:00–9:45 PM. There is no class on Wednesday, July 1 due to the Independence Day holiday. Topic order and pacing may vary slightly based on class progress. All instructors are certified and licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
