About This Syllabus

This syllabus outlines the topics covered in the Georgia Pre-License Course. The course runs from July 6 through October 1, 2026 on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6:00-9:45 PM. There is no class on Monday, September 7 due to the Labor Day holiday. Topic order and pacing may vary slightly based on class progress. All instructors are certified and licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
