**The Real Estate Career & Development Center requires all Pre-license Instructors to be certified and licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and that they must continue to meet continuing education and instruction hours to maintain licensure**

John Sherrod- Director

A native to the Savannah area, John found his way in to real estate after a career in Education and Sales.  He is the Team Leader/Broker for Keller Williams Realty Coastal Area Partners.
